    Yeah, I guess it's easy when you've got it all figured out.
    But I guess if you don't

    This world in itself is a mindfuck. You basically have to sell your soul to survive.
    Some people have chemical imbalances in their brains and can't really help the way they feel.
    Some get trapped in bad situations by others.
    No one is perfect.
    I guess you really don't care about any of that though.

    Just because life is hard (and it is, for a lot of people) doesn't mean they aren't trying to make the most of it.

    i wouldn't be so concerned or curious about death. it's the only thing that is certain in life- so once it does come, i'm pretty sure you'll have a lot of time to explore it.

    life, because you are living it now, is much more fascinating and engaging. you can find your own mind body connection, and your connection to this universe is a powerful one aswell when you know your perspective is powerful.

    you may not be able to control what happens to you, but you can control how you react and that is your control and your own power. it's as strong as you make it. but you have to know you are boundless- don't let anything define you. and you don't need to define anything either- you don't own anything in this life. let it all go. with attachments... you can get screwed.

    before you want to judge anything- remember that we are all different degrees of each other in this life. often we hate in others what we hate in ourselves, and vice versa. there is a lot of relativity in life... i have found.

    but if you are feeling like shit- feel it, cry it out- do whatever. but you will get sick of it at some point. get up and get the shit working for you- own it instead of lettig it own you. it's a big world out there, and everything is uncertain. so just make the most of that shit, and stop complaining. when you're in hell, keep going. and enjoy the ride. it's all a collective learning experience.

    i made myself a shit load happier when i started taking care of my body.

    you may be more "normal" than you think. it's not all just in your mind. your mind is influenced by your body too. 95% of serotonin, a major neurotransmitter in our brain that is responsible for a significant number of body functions, is found in the gastrointestinal tract. that means that 95% of the stuff that helps regulate your sleeping patterns, your mood, your appetite- that could all be thrown off by your eating patterns. even lacking vitamins can really fuck things up in your brain. i took vitamin B pills and felt soooooo much better, for instance.

    if you want to help yourself, you've got to know what needs to be cured. you've got to look at yourself from the OUTside- get out of yourself. you have to atleast treat to the basics and take things one thing at a time. sometimes when i feel like shit, i realize i am in chronic need of sleep- or maybe i just have to have a good meal and a shower. and TAKE CARE of me. then my head is in a better place to deal with whatever shit that becomes demanding....

    no one will be a better therapist to you then yourself. so organize your mind and figure out what's fucking around with it/ get in control.
