that's what i do, but there's nothing on the page and it automatically downloads something. maybe because current browsers don't support flash anymore? i'm not sure.

I would hate that if my browser wouldnt let me do what I wanted........

The idea is to protect the computer against viruses and stuff.

Alot of modern websites, patricularly with downloads, use https as opposed to just http, the 's' is a verified level of encryption which tells browsers/networks it isn't gonna mess your computer up.
