I see what you're saying. I guess looking back on my previous comments, it's not that I'm offended by any "adult fun" that goes on. Truth be told, if anything was to happen in the open it really wouldn't bother me that much. It's mostly that the group of people I was referring to have more or less taken over the place in the sense that they are large in number and can make other people feel a bit unwelcome, as they tend to be very "in your face" with their behavior. They just happen to be the swingers. So for people like us who are not part of that crowd, it does feel a little intimidating.
Good points made here. A nudist club I go to now has a signifcant number of swingers attending, mostly on Friday nights. I'm not against swinging at all, each to their own, I do so myself sometimes. But these people form a select group who take over an area at a time, like the sauna or the spa pool or main pool, and make anyone else wanting to join feel very unwelcome, or just spread out so there's no room for anyone else. It doesn't put me off, there are plenty of other things to do, but I do know it has put others off, and it is annoying. But speaking to the owners whilst some members have left because of this, more have joined because of this, so maybe nudists and swingers are going to have to learn how to get along together without forming these exclusive groups.
Live in suburbia with my wife and two children. My wife and I used to be nudists in the past but quit shortly before our first child. Began nudism again a while ago and our kids joined in. We haven't gone out to any resorts or anything since my kids probably aren't ready for that yet, and there's no pressure. Right now, home nudism within the confined of our house is ok.
Same situation at our club, but it's Sat night when the swingers take over and they are pretty open and blatent about sex,
