Ha ha ha. So I can have people arrested for leaving their pickup trucks running while they shop for groceries? Why are we debating fracking, and pipelines, and giant oil trucks? Why does Colstrip exist? Judging by the amount of garbage everywhere, I'm guessing that eastern Montanans are not aware of this scrap of paper. Or they already threw it out the window . . .
Don'tcha wish...goddam pig-fuckers park right in front of our local store with their giant diesel trucks idling, exhaust pipe pointing right at the door ten feet away. Once had an old man physically assault me when I mentioned it.
In Boston, it's illegal to keep your vehicle idling longer than one minute, unless you're stuck in bumper to bumper traffic, which you probably are.
You are correct on the point corporations usurp the principles of Libertarianism [although nailing down 'exactly' what they might be is very much a cultural and historical matter] Roor, but Corporations also use many things, Christianity for example, for their own gain. Libertarianism itself is not made by corporations for corporations - any more than an explosive is necessarily made by military for military [it might be used for mining for example, or demolition of old buildings]. It is important to always consider the actor [here the corporation] and the 'ideas' or words or tools [here the tools are Libertarian priniciples - one of many tools used by Corporations, who also use Statism and religion the same, all at once] and their intentions.
