Dont think it will matter, 2 weeks to brew and it only makes 5 litres at a time. Oh well, its a start
unless you start your own pub with it, which, if its aimed at the consumer market, probably doesn't have the durability to keep you in business very long. just another ploy by the corporatocracy to undermine the little guy who really has any craft.
Kind of surprised no one has thought of this before. Used to fuck around with home brew in my Uni days, it was cheap, but it was a pain in the arse. And since then i do ginger beer on occasions. Raw ginger, sugar, yeast, water etc Id buy an automatic machine if it was smaller. All manner of contraptions for everything else electronic, why not making beer
