Let's Write a Poem

As he relinquished his body, then turned the page

 

the spirit of god made itself known though scripture

 

Once again I wonder, if scripture only rhymes with page in an Australian accent

 

Yes, another genius in the form games thread. The "age" sound has been used already in the last 4 threads. I thought it was time we changed it and put some structure back into the poem.

Moving on.....

and the heavenly angels blessed him with holy tincture....

 

then he fell off the cloud

remember ryme no ryme ryme no ryme thats the rules

now comes a rhyme vv

 

to return to the world a man true to his word and proud

 

from the heavens and beneath the earth

 

Actually it doesn't take a genius to read the simple rule of the game that even posts should rhyme with the odd above it and without that rule of rhyme, then of rhymes this poem might have a dearth.

 

To change a rhyme just post two posts, it's easy just try it

 

Now I wonder, why for so long, to this thread no one has come to visit?

 

because it seems ,some are strange,and use the games forum to sling shit

 

I quess that's true, sad though it seems, but some people are just full of it!

 

and the tides turn,as they wash away the dirt

 

And with it goes all the falsely imagined hurt

 

a new day is born,and the Sun appears on a distant horizon

 

And have you heard, the people have received their promised white bison!

 

but they butcher it up....and gather round for a feast

 

and when the sun rises, they look to the east.

 

only to be blinded by the sun

 

and to their surprise...the Sun suddenly is none
