    Yes, Candy darlin' - it will be warm here in the South-East, but you're going to the wrong part, Ireland will continue to have a weather system over it at least until the weekend.

    By the way, give my condolences to the family of Bob Storey - who died yesterday. Bob was a leading member of Sinn Fein !!!

    I don't like heat spells - or summer for that matter. Soon, it will be eighty sweltering degrees here and I will wonder when it will be autumn.

    Well sod the nice warm sun, I had roast beef on Sunday and so, today I chopped up the remains of the joint, added some chorizo sausage, some black pudding, sweet potato, parsnips, carrots, lentils, made a number of suet dumplings and added to a large (2 Ltrs) of Gravy. This is all now quietly simmering gently
