I am excited.
I am going to our Airport to film the Red Arrows taking off today.
They are flying over the Isle of Wight, to open the festival.
I will be going to the festival tomorrow.

 

air show going on here in reno nevada too.
never been out there to the runway at stead (used to be an air base that was decommissioned just about a month before i joined 50 and some odd years ago)
previous weekend it was the hot air baloons, you could see from all over town.
air show they come over low and loud and i hope none of them hit the ground traying to see how close to it they can come.
don't have to be there to see and hear a lot of it, plus some coverage on local news.

so many things these days kind of come and go almost before i notice them going on.

been spending way too much time running train sims on the computer and too little else.
never been much of an excitement person at any age, but always a dreamer of creative shapes and forms,
like some for architecture but mostly just for enjoyment and fun.
