Just checked the vodka bottle. It says "Made in limited quantities with wheat." Then Google came up with this: The Real Difference Between Grain Vodka And Potato Vodka
Born on the same day, January 8th, Bowie was a huge fan of Elvis Presley. So, it wouldn’t come as a surprise if we were to know that Bowie wrote a song for Presley. Since both the singers were signed up with RCA Records, its manager asked Bowie to write a song for Presley. Bowie, the Presley fan he was, was more than happy to keep the request. He wrote ‘Golden Years’ as a track for Presley to put out, but the iconic singer turned him down.
This is my city. I have a job to do - to find and eat in every establishment, in addition to maintaining contact with those places I already know and love !!!
I have a similar obligation; only for me it's the local businesses that I must support, right? You can't let them starve, as my gut grows proportionately... Hard to blame them though. There's one selling Mediterranean chow that only a rabbit could love. LOL!

Checking in... I'm a little bit elated right now. I wrapped up a call with my girlfriend, who will remain anonymous but who is so significant! OMG! LOL. Anyway, like I said... elated. I do not speak Russian, and it's impossible to face-time but we do. It's a challenge... I say some things in Russian: this or that about "mama" or "family", and we show each other the house and the apartment. It sounds so mundane, but I'm so totally enveloped... It's just crazy. I'm up to my eyeballs in endorphins right now. LOL Everything else is cool too. I remember telling you all of my degrees. Two of them are in the realm of social services - 2-year degree in Sociology, and also in Behavioral Science. Well, I applied for a part-time position at a treatment facility and they would like to interview. In California, and probably anywhere in the U.S. when you're going to work with patients in a facility, the background check is conclusive and very complete. They're going to turn up all sorts of grime, but I'll talk it out and see if they want to hire me. It's a weekend gig - my office supply days are numbered. The accounting work is steadily increasing its workload, which is good - I feel needed. Anyway, that's life. It felt really good to talk to her.
