She's great, thank you! I think we're probably ready to meet, but travel restrictions are still fully in place for Kyrgyzstan and the U.S. doesn't currently issue visas to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic. We're sort of hung out to dry at the moment, which is easier on the finances of someone who is unaccustomed to international travel. And with the situation in Bishkek, political upheaval and what have you, it may not improve for sometime. So for the time being our kisses remain "virtual".

EDIT: In researching current visa restrictions, it looks like Kyrgyzstan may have upgraded its passports to include the anti-counterfeiting microchip which is required to enter the United States.
