Have been sat here in my reclined armchair since 05.45 this morning matey. Have already eaten breakfast and drunk my (special) coffee !!!

 

You are up as early as me mate lol. I never really sleep. Having my 2nd coffee now getting ready to start the day. Don't worry I won't use the 4 letter word you hate. Lol.

 

Although I'm retired and therefore don't need to go anywhere matey, I'm still up early in the morning due to arthritic pain in hips and spine.

 

Arthritis is very painful mate. Hope it doesn't give to much grief today

 

I have morphine patches to wear, to take some of the pain away, but if it does get worse, I have a 300Ml bottle of liquid morphine and a couple of boxes of DF118s to take !!!
