ok, so... As you may already know, I'm trying to obtain a student loan from two-year college. And part of the problem with that is I have a false four-year (bachelor's) degree that I cheated to get. All this so that I can visit my dear girlfriend in Bishkek. Right now the virus has turned the place upside down. They have 8,847 (up 400 from yesterday) per their 6,000,000 people. I don't know how that compares to 3,000,000 out of 328,200,000, but she says we should wait until there's less risk of infection; and she's right! There's no sense in international travel when we've been warned against it. I will just have to store my money in savings until it's safer to go out that way. EDIT: that's if it's granted (the loan). They might tell me to stuff it...
Soul I have this motto for life. If it's meant to be, it will happen. If not there is a reason. It has never failed me, even if, at the time I was frustrated as hell. But I also say, if at first you don't succeed, try,try again. Life is sometimes like a game of chess. I hope all goes to plan for you. X
Well put. I think it's going to work out one way or the other. Also, I have put in for revocation of the bachelor's degree in the interest of honesty. That will likely play into my favor as the primary interest of financial aid is providing me with an opportunity to achieve. But there is also the matter of a number of W's (withdrawals), several F's, and a D on my transcript... Those will need to be explained.
I will. I was ecstatic yesterday. The lady at the financial aid department said that there's a chance. and I have a doctor's note explaining my diagnosis and how long I've been in treatment. Trouble with that is the treatment dates don't neatly correspond to absences or anything. They will have to take me at my word that my poor performance was due to mental illness and not simple youthful indiscretion.
