It's a lot of weight! Lol.. . I hope so. I ate avocados yesterday. We have a couple of trees, and anyway they're really fattening. But I don't have to eat them; at least not three at a time... I was just having one of those days where you can't help but eat your feelings. I knew I was doing it when it was happening and don't feel too much guilt or regret. The result though is that despite having jogged I didn't lose any weight; I weigh the same as yesterday - 83.007 kg or so. Typically, and if I'm eating right instead of gorging myself with avocados..., I will actually see about a pound (.45kg) come off. Candy, your support is amazing and I appreciate it! I will keep at it, and not eat any more peanut butter!
