Hot toddy is boiled water in a cup add as much whiskey, lemon and syrup as needed.

 

hello all^-^I just washed my hair yesterday and then wore it up all day today and now wanna wash it again cuz I was in town all day today,I feel like I have all city gook in my hairI usually wash it at the most every 3days.usually every week.I'm getting addicted to washing it!ahhhh,and the feeling of letting your hair down after a whole day of being up is pure bliss.

I know what you mean about dreads and city gunk. My partner wants to move to Berkley Ca. Its the city next to San Francisco. Its a wonderful city filled with art, music, diversity, intellectuals, and liberals.....but eeew it has city air. I dunno if I want to go.....I do but I dont. Gurf. [yay I just made up a word!]

 

I really like Berkely and like I feel like even those it's near a big city, it still has lots of big trees and nature, and it was not like LA gunky air or anything, but also not like pristine wilderness air of course

 

I lived in Petaluma, CA for a little bit and never got the chance to see San Francisco

But Petaluma was cow country and I am originally from Chicago so big change for me. I live in Washington now which is full of lovely trees, also something I am not use to but love the scenery.

But I love and miss my hometown Chicago, never felt dirty roaming the city unless I went into the stinky subway

 

yeah LA air is rancid. Petaluma's a sweet little place. never been to Chicago...flew over it once.

 

everyone i knew who lived in or moved to chicago ended up becomming a junky..kinda sux

i just washed mine todaty too and got feels sooo good but that was 11 hiurs ago and stuill keep blow drying damp sections here and there
i mean havent been blow drying 12 hours srtraight just every hour or so find another part thats still pretty damp so blow it for a few mion or so
it just never seems to wanna dry except in summer heat
but god they always feel sooo amazing after a giood washing

probly more like dermatitis or psoricis
when i was on the road like you not washing enough (and constantly damp from oregion sunshine (meaning constant rain) i had bad dandruff
i ended up in the hospitol with a bad infection from the hot springs (i think) that fucked up my elbow
the dr saw me itching and from 15 feet away insisted it was lice
they forced me to do daily treatments with those harsyh chemicals till my scalp bled
the final trastement they left on for 24 hours instead of 15 minutes
ever since my scalps been fucked
im lucky i dont have cancer from it
the deep cleanse works wonders but 4-5 days and it starts getting bad again
the deep cleanse works better then anythinbg i ever used tho
if i ever meet ..oops forgot her name somethingmomma..the deep cleanse inventer..im gonna hug her till she pops

i was just in new orleans for 3 days for mardi gras... i felt like my dreads were filled with filth. i washed em on saturday and it was cold so they took forever to dry and i caught a chill, now i am coming down with a cold (though boyfriend insists that you can't catch a cold from getting cold :tongue: though it seems to always work out that way for me)

 

fear not, i have a stockpile of lemsip =]
and honey is ewwwwwwwww.

 

i probably knew that, but im good at forgetting. i dont really drink lemsip hot.. more warmish, but i shall do the hot-cold thing next time. does it apply with cups of tea? =D
