Oh it was mine. I was clipping my toenails and a piece flew up into my eye. I tried to get it out, in the mirror, but it slipped away so I left it. It came out at bed-time, about 12 hours later :p

That really inspired me I woke up this morning feeling as if withdrawing from school yesterday wasn't the right thing to do but I know that it is. I've always hated structured environments drives me nuts. my boyfriend won't admit it but I know he is slightly disappointed in me. I'll just have to see how it goes.

:p When I had the fly in my eye for ages, what happened was I was walking to catch a train and felt something hit my eye. I rubbed it and thought nothing more of it. When I got home about an hour later I looked in the mirror and there was a fly on my eyeball....which meant I'd passed numerous people on the street and train with this thing on my eye lol
Shame I don't have bad eyesight...contact lenses would probably work out really well for me :p

Yup I iz teh weirrrrdo :D

I was thinking of starting an online store to sell the random crafts i do. I've always seemed to be good at arts and crafts just not drawing. although I was on a pill last night and drew the tightest shroom ever. its really hard to be creative around my boyfriend though because I don't like people watching me while I'm doing anything. so its still a work in progress the idea about the online store that is.

amy - ive had small flies in my eye before.. and once i had an eyelash in my eye and it wouldnt come out and the only way to get it was to use the blunt end of a needle =/ bad bad bad times

sunflower (i should learn your name) - do whatever makes you happy! even if it was only for a few months, you wouldve given it a try. i know what you mean about being creative around people.. theres some people that i cant be 'myself' around.. only a lucky few see the real me. as for the etsy store, we'd bump up yer page views ;) what kinda stuff do you do, craft-wise?

Needle?! Scary...I've found the best way to get all sorts out of an eyeball is with something absorbent, the corner of a bit of tissue or fabric, and the thing just gets leached off your eye :)

Omg that reminds me. When I was little I caught a dragonfly. Actually I think it must have been injured...or alive but not flying around...anyway, I put it in a pot thing with a lid with holes for air, and I caught a fly and put that in with it for it to eat, and a blob of water to drink. By the next morning, it had eaten the fly, drunk the water and....it's head had dropped off!

I remember once being told I should become a tree surgeon because there was good money in it. Is it true? Funny thing is, I do take an unnatural interest in observing town and city tree-maintenance, and I always have an eye out for laid hedges in the countryside coz I think it's such a nifty way to manage a hedge. Norwegian farmland has a disappointing lack of hedgerows. Meh.
