I'm game though technically not a guitar it's still a member of the guitar family: If the pic didn't work: http://www.hipforums.com/forum/gallery/image/39478-jayson-bass/ It's a Fender Steve Bailey Jazz Bass VI. They were only made for a couple of years and I got one of the last ones. C/S, Rev J
So…how do I post pictures here? Do they have to be links from an image hosting site? I have five Martin guitars (soon to be six), a Kremona classical, a Yamaha dreadnought that I got on the cheap, and a very nice-looking (and very nice-sounding, honestly) no-name guitar from China- cedar top and cocobolo back and sides.
This was my first electric guitar. Bought from some school buddy when I was 15 for $50. This Goya Rangemaster was made in 1967, a great year! Unique to this model are the push buttons and the ability to choose any of the 4 pickups or all. I wish I still had it.
Love those Bill Lawrence pickups !!!! BL pickups don't color or add anything, they just project the guitars tone . I've installed BL pickups in my S,S,H, Jackson and Kramer Super Strats and on my Gibson and Epiphone Les Paul Custom guitars . I use an acoustic simulator and having a Bill Lawrence L-250 or XL-500 ( lower than 12.0k ohms ) will give you a very realistic acoustic guitar sound when installed in the neck position .
