It actually sounds like fun as well as being a really good work out. I would think it would tone everything and having someone to train you helps as you tend then to do it properly and not end up injured.

basically cubic feet and heat load to determine tonnage

 

well, there is a only so much a single btu can do to remove heat. you take in these factors. 1ton Ac is 12,000BTU's. factor in the sensible and latent heat of what is going to be inside your building. people, appliances, lighting windows ect all give off heat. In specific heat ( they have many typical things values on charts. You just need to find the numbers put the numbers in the right place and do the math. this will tell you the size of air conditioning a building should have. the formula is Q=1.08xCFMxDeltaT .. its a lot more complicated than sticking an ac in the window. over sizing an Ac will not remove the moisture the way it should, because its cooling to quickly and turning off. Under sizing to much can be a issue too. But over sizing may get the people cold really quick, but leave all the damp air behind, over sizing may also remove to much humidity, and latent heat(humidity) so your bones and such ache. There is a balance called the comfort zone. As some aircon people sell machinery.. I sell you comfort

If I'm selling something, I price it at fair market value, describe it's condition accurately and anybody offering 80% is told to take a flying fucking leap with a string of expletives added that would make a sailor blush... Just sayin'

I don't play those games... I closed my eBay store because of that shit and refuse to ever deal with that kind of crap again. Way to many people out there ready and willing to rip off the other guy.

most people consider 75% to be a decent offering zone



also i dont bother replying to lowballers (60% or less of asking)..i generally just ignore them or if its really bad /repetitive i just make an email block and never hear from them again

It's not a game to me and I've been ripped off too many times with the bidding crap (eBay sniping shyt)

Last straw for me was a guy "won" a $250 dollar (minimum) guitar for half that, then wanted free shipping. He grumbled when I said no to the shipping and paid. When he got the guitar he asked if I had more at that price (1/2 value) He'd buy them all day long.


If I could have reached through the computer screen he would be dead now. 5 days later my store was gone.
