I'm not mad, I'm just frustrated that you can be so blatantly bigoted and be PROUD of it.

    It's disgusting

I know this, I'm not against the skin color of another person, don't get anything I'm saying mixed up. Nothin' needs to be corrected about skin color.

I'd rather worry about the economy and starvation than fuckin' racism.

That is an unfortunate realization, but there is no excuse to let it slide when you are confronted with it.

And there are only limits to accomplishments when you set them.

Did I not just say "when we are confronted with racism" not "when I confront it"?

At least, right now I'm not going to go out and lead the anti-racist movements, because, here's another unfortunate realization, those leaders tend to be assassinated.

You seem like you are caught inbetween whats right and whats wrong...You SAY you don't think racism is good, yet you also say some things that are at the root of Nazi belief...

Can I ask you how old you are?

I'm 17, at one point in my life I was a full on activist for the Neo-Nazi movement and believed strongly in the beliefs but now I see how foolish I was. I'm speaking as a racist just to stir you up a bit, seriously, take nothing I say into consideration or even listen to it. Most likely I'm just trying to get a rise outta you.

The internet does have it’s advantages over the physical confrontation
    that would have ensued [IMG]

as would i, but the fact remains that racism does exist.

iv personally witnessed people turned away at gas stations and beaten and your defending the motivation with freedom of speech like it justifies the idea

its very existence institutes differential advantage in one form or another.

you could theoretically hold an idea and never act on it, but that will never happen.

    No lie.

But MrDot, I highly recommend reading the autobiography of Malcom X, taking world history classes as well as US History classes, Mythology class, and sociology.

Though you say you are "changed" or whatever, I still question your sincerity. It seems like you are deeply confused about race, racism, and being your own individual person - one that also embraces other peoples' life experiences and their perspective on life.

This is the only life you have, don't waste it "getting rises out of people" on subjects such as racism and essentially affirmations of the holocaust.

I totally respect and enjoy the ability to make light of grizzly, and sometimes uncomfortable topics, but I don't support doing so in a hateful way.

Okay I will say, to an EXTENT i'm against racism because while in public I have stood up for a minority.

One instance, some kids at mcdonalds were making fun of a black dude that was mentally challenged. It REALLY got a rise outta me, and I confronted this group of like 7 guys and told them if they wanted to say one more thing about the guy than they would have a problem with me. They continued and physical contact ensued, they realized I ment buisiness and ran off. The worse part about it, they were making fun of this guy TO HIS FACE, from his expression I could tell it was really getting to him. I hate that shit...Thinking about it, I suppose you could say I'm against racism... lol I suppose it all depends.

Hm, okay, I will look at this from your perspective and agree. I suppose it really wouldn't hurt to read Malcom X, I mean hell I read Mein Kempf, might as well look at BOTH views, although Mein Kempf was a fuckin' joke. lol

Then you should also understand that your blind statements about racism are also a joke...one that isn't funny, and one that means a lot of hurt to some people

There's enough white guilt in the world, please don't contribute to it
unless your actions are sincere

Would you have come to the aid of a mentally challenged caucasian?

Are you fuckin' stupid? Yes I would, I would stick up for an african american if I saw them being put down and they did nothing to help themselves. Don't you think for one second it was white guilt. I'm offended that you'd actually say that.

Also, I did it because HE DIDN'T STICK UP FOR HIMSELF and just sat there and felt bad about it. I'd do the same for a caucasian.

I don't believe in white guilt as like...feeling bad because you are white and what whites have done, because honestly, it should be a disgrace. Our history has been a complete rape of other peoples' cultures.

But I don't think that anyone can make such statements without first understanding all sides, or at least show an interest and pursue these observations.

I get annoyed when people try to act all offended at shit without truly meaning it, or only because they are trying so look like they care.

I'm white myself, but I feel that it is my DUTY to educate and put people in the right as an AMERICAN who is dedicated to equality and freedom...after all if the everyday people don't aspire to all become heroes in this aspect, we will be viewed as a country of warring bigots (as we most assuredly are currently viewed as by many).
^We need more MLKs, Ralph Naders, and Malcom Xs
Ralph Nader is actually a PRIME example of a white male (or close to white...lol) that is heavy on civil rights and equality
