yes asking for a white history month is pretty retarded because the existence of 'black history month' implies that the other 11 are white history months by default.

 

Why would we need a white history month ?
We get Columbus Day , Presidents birthdays , all the random little days each month
makes it seem like every month is White History Month.

The whites were indentured servants before blacks were in the U.S.

in my opinion, people use race to get what they want, are the racist

meh, indentured servants probably had about as much fun as most slaves, but at least they were still considered people.

slavery's greatest moral outrage has nothing to do with the slaves' actual quality of life, but in the fact that they were seen as PROPERTY, not people.

 

Indentured servants usually had a term of service, meaning they experienced freedom at some point and indentured servitude wasn't race based(few blacks lived in the colonies before race based slavery).

 

If we get a white history month I want a Jew Appreciation Century.

 

A lot of indentured servants worked indefinitely due to corruption and loopholes in the system.
