tired of the little things that have to be done just to live in this "civilized" society.

 

This civlization isn't panning out to be all that civilized.

 

It's a work in progress. We are not at such a bad point if you look at where we came from.

 

How long is it going to take for us to get there? It seems like it's taking too long.

 

50,000 years to get here so maybe another 75k and we will be there.

 

Well, it is not sure we are gonna get anywhere (I have good hopes though). Maybe we are at a climax of civilisation and it doesn't get better during our lifetimes. Either way I would enjoy this stage we're in now.

It's this 'consumerism' and everyone's need to have the newest best of whatever crap their selling these days. Too many people with their heads stuck in their cell phones. A person can't even have a decent conversation anymore without phones ringing and people going nuts to talk to people that aren't in their presence. I liked it better before the age of the cell phone. Oh, sorry, I just went a little nuts there. excuse me.
