I don't know a lot about indonesian cuisine i bet. Although I've heard of that coffee Nasi goreng is now simply also a dutch dish. Kind of like sweet n sour pork (which has been both americanized and uhm dutchified )

There's a museum in Indonesia where the Dutch royal carriages are on display. They are priceless works of over-decorated royal kinetic art. The Dutch were not allowed to take them home!
