Well, the term originated in San Rafael California, which is Pacific time. So there's an 8 hour difference. GMT will be midnight-20 when it's 4:20 PM in California. 7:20PM for me in Atlanta.

I say we compromise, and do it on every hour at 20 minutes after the bell.
