I always wonder how many people are waking and baking at that very moment.

I never participate in such activity, as I wouldn't particularly care for smoking before sunset/dusk/evening if I did...

First thing I do is drink a cup of tea.. works so much better than coffee.

Favorite thing to cook / bake?

 

Yeah. I prefer tea, most of the time.

But....

I would have to say BBQ or seafood, broadly. I like squash dishes. I made butternut squash ravioli with a creamish dressing, today... and stir fried veggies on the side, etc.

I love to bake bread. It's kind of a theraputic thing to me. All the work that goes into it, and then you get to reap your rewards for time put in at the end... warm bread with butter and honey... mmmm

no, but i hike regularly when weather permits

I hike a lot. There's a state park only ten miles from my home, and they've got some great trails, lots of hills and completely covered with trees everywhere.

music is something i hope that never ends or goes away. i am currently in love with music

It's been good so far. In fact, it's been downright awesome, and it's only noon-ish. I've got tickets to 300, so I'm psyched for that... Plus I finished a paper early, so I actually have downtime for the first time this semester....
