well I guess the options are limited as to whether they have one or not

 

thats how i came to my technical conclusion

 

Since the having of a fanny is future tense, I think we have to assume this advice is aimed towards the foetal stage where gender differentiation has not yet occurred.

 

In which case he would have couched it in the terms, if you're going to be a girl and have a fanny, he's already assumed the future gender of the child. We can only conclude that his logic is flawed and his sentiments are confused....

 

He could mean fanny as in a bottom (the American meaning)?

Or maybe he is using fanny as an abbreiviation for fanny pack (or bum bag as us Brits call it)?

Maybe he wants us all to wear hairy bum bags?

Sorry I have confused you all with Roy Chubby Brown lingo, but I still prefer unshaven and thought I would share this and hear (or read) your views on the matter.
