Mera, you were probably small during your pregnancy. I know to rejoice but when you feel like a moo-moo cow you can't help but not NOT rejoice.

How is your little one doing? How about new pictures of her? How old is she now?

Go take pregnancy yoga and bellydancing... these two practices will make you feel excellant in your skin... no matter your size, as a matter of fact, they will make your body feel wonderful, the more body you have, the more you will feel.

She's doing great, running around trying to clean up after us and make messes for us to clean up... she's talking a little and she will be 1 on the 22nd... I'll post some pics soon.

FYI, I am/was not being agressive... just stating my opinion. I have taken part in many healing discussions with groups of women who feel less than because of having needed a surgical delivery. My opinion is that we need to be more sensitive to ALL WOMEN and various birthing practices .... MY OPINION is just as valid as the points some of you were trying to make. This is the first time I have attempted to post in this forum, so any past arguing was not my fault - honest.

Now can we run through the daisies once again?

Babes, you can lose the weight, trust me. I had three kids within 3.5 years, two of which are twins, and I lost all of the weight. It took time, a lot of hard work and discipline, but it did come off! And you're young, it's much easier for the weight to come off when you're younger so you definitely have that to your advantage!

Try not to stress over the weight gain. As long as you and the baby are healthy and your doctor/midwife isn't concerned, don't sweat it. :)

    Congrats!
