There is nothing more powerful than the self-realization that is brought about by eating a marijuana infused brownie. It's not like an acid trip in that you don't come to the conclusion that you're destroying yourself while at the same time exploring unseen horizons. I think that Mexico has something special. They have a distinct culture. It's inspiration that comes to me when I interact with Mexican culture, its vibrancy, and all the wonder and joy of discovery. It's something to celebrate, and I think that no one deserves more the special unity that comes from a sort universal-ish understanding/conclusion that can be achieved by exploring psychoactive alternatives. I think there is a sort of abuse that can happen though with marijuana. You can truly misuse it by misunderstanding it. It's not something to simply mellow you out in my honest opinion.
Today I read the bill passed the lower house, and goes back to the Senate for a final vote. They adjusted a few things that need clarification. Like the Addiction Control being the entity to grant licenses for growing, etc. This will be interesting.
Cannabis, while not for everyone as a recreational drug, is a strong medicine. It can alter your brain in ways that are not good if one is susceptible. I have seen panic attacks, and the opposite. I have learned not to recommend it freely to all. It can be abused as much as alcohol is, and overuse by smoking will damage your lungs. Probably not cancer, but COPD is nothing to laugh at.
"too much of everything is just enough" You just described SEVERAL people I know who have had BAD reactions to using cannabis, I gave it up almost 30 years ago pretty much straight edge now EXCEPT for Coffee
In good news I now see a delivery service in my small Mexican town offering CBD and THC infused edibles!
