dude thats bullshit plenty of my friends have gotten arrested and charged with assault, battery, disturbing the peace, and they definitely got yelled at by their parents and felony charges, and they wheren't 18

 

Please, seek professional legal counsel immediately. You don't want this on your record and it's something that a professional went through 10 years of university to help someone innocent like you out in this situation. You can offer a plea bargain, negotiate to drop charges, etc. if you seek legal counsel.

Please have take initiative to do this the right way and don't end up screwed over because you didn't.

No, there is always something he can do to save his butt. He has no record and someone broke into his house demanding for money, which the cops themselves refused to give back. They're lying about him pointing a gun at them too, it's not even a gun, it's a pellet shooter.

Actually I think I should be good, I called the cool cop trying to get those 2 girls arrested and he was like "look, if we do that it's gonna keep escalating into this bigger thing, but your charges are probably going to just be misedemeanors, and I'm gonna help you with the gun charge".

I suggest you take the info from this thread into one of your professors and see what they have to say about you thinking that a pellet gun is just a toy and not classed as a weapon. As for your threat itself, I have not violated a single rule in this thread.
