ya..i cant walk away either...even years ago i knew of people ending up being charged for ripping off people in drug deals.In my city,we would regularly pull rips against people...i too was young and stupid once...but when the shit hit the fan,i took my lumps and made retribution[not with the lord]...to this day after 30 years i am still looking for 2 loser bikers that ripped me for 2 pounds of leb hash[727]...once i was charged for punchin out a guy for rippin me...in court my lawyer told me to go offer the guy 200 bucks to walk away,my dad paid the kid right there in the courthouse hallway...we both walked that day....makle retribution and offer them a bribe...its your only hope

 

also puttin your hand on the gun constitutes ''pulling a gun''...cops shoot people every day for much less...fuck,people are shot for pullin a cellphone...

 

No I had a friend here at the time and he'll also testify to the fact I never picked up the gun. So it's 2 vs 2

 

You really think they'll care about your friend? His word means nothing to anyone, if it were that simple don't you think a lot more people would get their friend to say "yeah, he didn't do it"?
