have you ever heard the 911 conversation of some dude in Texas that called because his neighbor's house was being robbed and they were out of town? He was told to watch their house, two guys robbed the house, the neighbor saw, called 911 and while on the phone he told the operator "I'm gonna shoot 'em" and like three or four gunshots were heard. He comes back saying they are definitely dead and that they need an ambulance or somebody to pick up the bodies. Wasn't charged for shit
Here in AL the state has adopted "castle laws" meaning you can shoot anyone that's on your property or in your house, whether they are armed or not. Anyway, I don't think your shit will hold up in court because 1) you were IN your house and 2) you told them to leave multiple times
dont know about the break in--that sounds like inn your favor--but if you rob a bank with a toy gun its still a gun charge--if you point a toy gun nat the police they will shoot you--all in all i think youll get a deal--hold out for misdeamoner charges those felonies follow u for life--good luck--i mean that
if you had a "gun" in your hand during the altercation.. then you pulled a gun on them... you could have had a squirt gun in your hand.. it makes no difference in a court of law
Do whatever it takes to get a good lawyer. I rather be in debt than have some fucked up charges like this on my record or go to jail.
There ARE marks all over my side door, and I didnt hide under a bed, when the fuck did I say that, I stayed in my house, then eventually they got in somehow. And yes, they did call the cops and say they were trying to buy hash and had a gun pulled on them after they tried to get the money back. This is why Lovelace(one of the detectives) didn't even take the money back, Kristen(one of the girls) asked about getting it back and he told her, you got beat for drugs, you are in fact beat girl. Then that money went to my bail. So don't fucking tell me I'm lying. I think you missed the point in the story where they had beat us the week before. They didn't straight up beat us, but when you ask for an 1/8, and this girl comes back with about a little more then a gram, we wanted our money back.
you in the system now its gonna cost you money or time--sorry-- oh yeah its a sad fact that whoever calls the cops first get belived more than u will cas the first question they ask is why didnt you call the cops
If someone knocks on my door, I go open it. That is what is called 'not hiding'. It doesn't matter if you hid under your bed, in the closet, or on the other side of the door they were pounding on... it was still hiding. As for the rest, then the cops in your town are fucked beyond rational belief. No, the point was that you didn't like the deal you got on your drugs, shit happens all the time when you deal with unknown dealers or runners. What you do is say to yourself, oh, I just lost 25$, pretty cheap lesson, and don't deal with them again. You tell all your friends what they did, so they don't have it happen to them, and you count it as 25$ well spent in learning that you shouldn't trust those two. Because if you don't, all you do is make it worse for yourself, even if the cops weren't as fucked as you say they are. What did you think was going to happen? They didn't steal your money, they shorted you on a bag... You stole their money... and then hid
I didn't steal their money, they voluntarily gave me their money and got beat, like I told that girl, if you don't want to get beat, don't do drugs, I didn't call the cops on her when we got beat. And if someone is kicking on your door and you don't answer, that's called they should assume you're not home. Not find your way into the house.
I know, even the cop that arrested me said bro you should've called the cops first. But really who calls the cops because they get beat for drugs
dude c'mon...that statement just made your story seem more ridiculous.....do not say that in court...if you did not give a statement an expensive attorney will easily get you off...however....you are 100 % in the wrong here...your retribution was way worse then their shorting you.....number one rule in drug deals..NEVER front the money unless its someone you trust like a life long buddy...you fucked up and wont admit it..i hope the 20 dollars was worth the life long crim record if you cant afford a 300 dollar an hour lawyer...think twice next time..good luck....does your state have the triple felony law-life imprisonment...cause you could get lucky here...drugs are easy to get in the big house...
we had rule in LA anything under 100$ was a lesson cant keep beating for 20$ anything over 100$and we were disrespected and had to do something about usually violent--doesnt really relate to your situation excepy u got beat for less than a hundred and judt should have taken it as a lesson--personally im all for violence when it comes to drug dealing--but hey thats ne and i was a baddassed biker
1. I have no record, triple felony anything doesn't apply. 2. No shit not to front money, we did front money, but it was either front the money, or drive for an hour in this girls car, and she's a terrifying driver, and we did not want to die or be arrested for drugs, so we fronted the money, we got beat, so she got beat. 3. How am I in the wrong?
