Apparently I find left-handedness attractive. Every single guy I've dated has been a lefty! Anybody left handed here or find left handed people attractive? I do love watching them write.. it's actually a turn on.

I'm right handed but find myself using my left hand for a lot of things, with the exception of writing.

I don't think I've paid too much attention!! my bro is a lefty and so probably seems fairly ordinary.

I don't think I can say what hand my ex's use. I feel kind of bad about it.

i feel like if you don't know what hand someone is, they're a righty. lefties always make it known that they're a lefty.

I don't think they make it known. It's just that if someone is left handed, then it will probably be noticed. As soon as I met the people I dated, I noticed right away and said, 'you're left handed!' and they'd be kind of secretive about it, and act like it's no big deal, probably because people had noticed all their lives.. I think some are a little self-conscious about their writing because it tends to be on the messy side.

Can someone train themselves to be equally skilled with both hands, even if originally they were more dominant in one hand versus the other?

I believe so, I had a left handed friend and she could use both hands normally but she trained herself to do it with a lot of practice.

And then you sit on your other hand until it goes numb and then it's like someone else's hand yeah?

Does everybody finds you creative and artistic, cutted? Or just you (and other left handed people maybe) :p

I find right handed people unimaginative and overly scientific. Guess what, I am left handed as well!

I'm basically ambidextrous. My right hand is a little more dominant but I can do most things either way....including writing.

Funny story....I walked into a golf store one day and told the golf pro I wanted to try some left-handed clubs in their netted practice area. He asked me why and I told him that my left-handed game couldn't be much worse than my right-handed game. He said it was nearly impossible for a right-handed player to just start hitting left-handed. He was pretty surprised to watch me hit ball after ball into the net. Not quite as powerfully but maybe more accurately down the road....I hope.

i assume it's theoretically possible, although you would probably have to completely neglect your dominant hand to get to that point.

i trained my left hand to do most things my right hand could do, although generally at a much lower level. but i assume that with practice it could become as proficient as the right hand, as long as i wasn't also practicing the right hand to keep it ahead of the left.

My uncle was left handed and he went golfing in his teens. Golf coarses were/are made for right handed people and everybody was making fun of him for being left handed. So his brother forced him to play right handed, and hes been right handed ever since.

I knew someone who was born with only one hand (the left). She was actually an amazing artist--one of the best I've known--but she had to train herself to be left handed since she was born right side dominant but had no right hand.

So, I think it is possible.

Plus, not too long ago people who were born left handed were forced to use their right hand in school. Left hand was associated with the Devil.

Anyway, long story short left handed people are better than everyone else.
