How do you know that we arent doing that for everyone else? Just because we LOVE Zeppelin doesn't mean we're ignorant towards other bands and music. Yes I love the Beatles. Yes I love Deep Purple, and Pink Floyd. And I DO listen to them and buy their albums, but I'm not saying that I like them more than I love Zeppelin. Thats just what music I like...I like Zeppelin. Thats All there is to it, but I'm not goign to disregard all other bands, so I disagree with you there.

He's just pissed because Zeppelin is so popular. Many people dislike them for that reason. Which is kinda......weird......

I cant even discribe how much i love Led Zeppelin. theyre my life. i literally worship them, to me Led Zeppelin is God. Im proud to be a huge Led Head.

and Led Zeppelin is not over rated. Stairway To Heaven is. At least in my experience, 90% of the people youll run into who say they like Zeppelin only know three songs, maybe the stuff off IV if theyre lucky. True Zeppelin fans arent as common as you think.

 

Exactly. I always go around my school telling people "Yeah, that Led Zeppelin guy is pretty damn good isn't he?" And either they will nod in agreement and I'll just laugh my ass off and walk away, or they'll say "Led Zeppelin isn't a guy" and I'll be like "Wow, someone who doesn't think Zeppelin's a guy!"

Led Zepp II was the bell ringer for me, just there briljant hard blues, the drums the solos everythig just perfect. my guitar playing leaped forward after that:X Jimi Page was a great inspiration for me, and still sometimes sits on my shoulder when i'm playing these long improvised solo's:sunglasse

 

Cole exaggerates in the book a lotthough. Jimmy said the first few bits he read were false. I still like "Hammer of the Gods" the best. You should get it.

 

Im reading a biography on Jim Morrison that was written by the same guy as Hammer Of The Gods. all he does is talk about gay rumors and gay clubs and gay people. if thats what hammer of the gods is like then no im not gonna read it. hardly even talks about Jim the whole book

 

but zeppelin is great. i love Achilles Last Stand and Dazed And Confused when its live on the DVD with the sand all over it. damn its so insane. I personally think they are much better live
