As the sun wakes it's sleepy eyes and the moon surrenders to it's light,
I get up with a smile thinking of our party tonight,
There is much to be done, get out of bed,
So I get up and go to the head.

Now I'm ready to begin the day,
Gotta get out trailer and load up the hay,
Set the witches and gobblins out on the porch,
Hang up the Jack-o-Lanterns and light up the torch.

The gang will be over full of tricks and treats,
Some will be dressed as ghosts wearing sheets,
The Witches will be making their Brew,
The Wizards will be doing what all Wizards do.

Frankenstine will be there with his bride,
Batman too with Robin at his side,
Your sure to see a Werewolf, a Vampire or two,
So bring some wolfbane, garlic and rue.

I wouldn't be suprised to see Leather Face there,
I'll hid all the chainsaws but still beware,
There will be a few pirates so don't bring your gold,
And when the Mummy shows up, be nice, he's old.

We'll serve a platter with eye of nute,
As Pan trots around playing his flute,
The Banshee's will screech out a song,
We'll do the Monster Mash and all sing along.

The Imps will be playing practical jokes,
Putting ice cubes with flys into your cokes,
The One-eyed Jack is bringing the homemade wine,
He got it from Jack and The Beanstalks Vine.

The Good Witch Glenda and Huckelberry Fin,
Are pitching in together and buying the gin,
Old King Cole, what a merrie ole' soul is bringing the Blackbird Pie,
If that's not enough, we gots more stuff, so c'on and give it a try.

There will be lots of thrills,
    And probably some spills,
So step lightly as you go,
And don't fall down the March Hare's hole.

The Cheshire Cat will be there with a grin,
But watch him close or he'll drink all the gin,
The Haints will haunt you with their ghastly moans,
And the Skeletons will be rattling their bones.

So come one, came all, to the fest delight,
We'll dance and howl till way past midnight,
So break out a bottle of your best champain,
For tonight we celebrate Ole SamHain.

Pretty good poem, shameleszs, I'm Irish on both sides, though I'm not Pagan. I'm just Irish-drunk.

I'm 58 and feeling it-- my new girl-friend is 39 and thinks she'll live forever.

I hope she does, but cynical me doubts it.

(BTW, her clit is an inch and a half long~!)

    Just thought I would share.

(Yuk!Yuk! Eat your heart out, dudes! Sometimes the old men come up lucky.)

Many of you know, that I've been voluteering for the past 6 years at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve, near Murrieta. This has become nothing short of a labor of love for me. So, I fully appreciate the blood, sweat and tears that goes in to those that volunteer for the SGW. Emotions definitley come into play. So.....let me give you some background. About 8 months ago, on the Reserve, we began, with Fish and Game, a mountain lion collaring program. The study was to find out the travelling patterns, habitat patterns, and anything else associated with it. By good fortune, a mother with two youngters, both male, were captured and collared. The information that was being gathered was invaluable....How long did the mom keep the youngsters around??? What were their traveling habits??? etc... Well.....this past Saturday I found out that one of the young males had been shot to death, in open land, not being a threat to anyone, or anything, and had been left to bleed to death, as it had only been wounded. This is not a rant about hunters, as I work with one of the most concientious bow hunters I know, but rather, the "posers" who think they're hunters, only to wreak havoc. Anyway...I am bummed about the loss of research, but more so, the loss of such a beautiful animal, which in Ca, is an endangered species. Ed

I would like to clarify a few things myself.

Lets stat with Gate. You are always coming into my forums/threads and picking a fight with me. You did it Pride's Thread on Cancer and several others. Your hit and run tactics are cowardly and uncalled for most of the time. Debate is fine, but you just attack. Not everyone lives the lifestyle you do. And I didn't hear anyone admitting that they shoot anything for "SPORT", only survival. And I doubt if we ever shot at any of 'YOUR' coyote. If your runnin' low on coyote over there, I'll be happy to ship what we have to you and then there will be no problem. And when you talk about peace, don't just say it, be it.

Thudly Dear, check yourself brother. There are forums for clit talk, but this is not one of them. Would you please remove that part of your post, I find it a bit out of place here.

Voided, you are right on. I thank you for your input.

    a sense of humer there(LOL).
You don't know what you got til it's gone...J.M.
Growing up in Cal i've seen the changes.Be careful.
As far as the coyotes being mine, the world is mine as it is yours as it is theirs.Protect them and they will protect you.

Gate I understand where you are coming from and I agree to the spirit of what your saying. I don't like killing for killing sake, but like Thudly said, they are great but not in my backyard. I don't go into their territory and hunt them, I respect and apperciate them in their enviroment. The balance would be if they respected me and mine also.
It's kinda like, 'you'd have to be there' situation.
I hope Gate that we can come to some kind of understandiing, that you live in your enviroment and I live in mine and respect each others point of view. I don't want to bicker with you on something that will never change for me or my lifestyle.
    Brightest Blessings.

I apoligize. BTW: Death to all those who whimper and crawl! (And, that includes coyotes!) I think Bob Dylan said that.

I see behind all your ramblings...grumblings... and I know you would be a great, brave,'always there for ya' neighbor.
And there is not a gram of sarcasm in there.

Alot of this is all in fun. Some are just more sensitive than others. And yes, no one can see your facial expressions, so words are all you have here.
