So Swim and a friend decide to drop some LSD last friday, tested positely, 300 цg total on two pieces of candy, Swim's friend went right into the trip, but Swim immediadly started to feel nausious, and found that he could only see reality but felt reaaly fucked, after puking up the fries Swim ate earlier, Swims friend started teasing Swim into actually hallucinating, but Swim felt like he had to be tought how to hallucinate, and even afterwords it wasnt on the same levels as Swims friend, and the nauseau persisted through the whole trip, Swim's friend had no nauseau at all. The weird thing is Swim has drooped it twice, the first time with hardly any visuals, but it was Swims first time and he told me he could control shape too, but i could only control colour,is it that my mind isnt open enough? It was kinda chilly too, and that kept nagging at me but could that have been part of it? Any response would be appreciated J
Probably shouldn't eat prior to tripping, also what you took does not sound like LSD. While LSD can cause true hallucinations, it's much more likely to cause distortions and novel associations of the enviornment. You can get some pretty wicked Closed Eye Visuals too on a good dose.
it's less about control and more about letting go,the mind is such a powerful tool in tricking you into believing a certain reality.don't try to make it into an effort,or an education, just let it teach you naturally. There are cases where people have taken enough over time that colors, shapes appear more vivid, well that was SWIM's case.don't just rely on it making you see changing colors, and shapes, although pretty and it actually distracts your mind and slow it down significantly,it doesn't teach meaning, there are other benefits, such as getting philosophical, and reprogramming and healing the spirit and understanding how anyone can create their own reality using the mind. After taking 10 about hits over almost a year of pretty decent one's SWIM is now permanently tripping mildly SWIM can see tracers, things moving in the peripheral and shapes moving just a little bit and when SWIM is almost asleep and if SWIM is lucky enough to open it's eyes it's a full blown trip for SWIM.SWIM believes that the substance can either be enjoyable, having a blast,or a seed that get's planted in your mind that carries on after the trip and well into your life journey that makes you into a better person. 1.)SWIM's advice is to listen to music as music intensifies it,preferably feel good music, spiritual,or ones designed for trips Tracers are the most common and easiest for anyone to see so just practice by waving your hand in front of your face in sort of like an infinite loop pattern while trippin the more relaxed a person is the better and notice only the tracers then close the eye and see if there any closed eye visuals 2.) be with nature, look at clouds, stare at a tree, listen to birds(doesn't have to be forever, many just a little while)if you were people watching you can obviously tell that most people can consciously or unconsciously throw off your visual experience and you can feel that too in the psyche like a survival instinct,a fight or flight, then your mind engages into thinking mode and gets into a nastily loop inside your universe.SWIM finds clouds works the best for intensifying trips 3.)stop trying to analyze,if it helps, just ask yourself, make it known or at least whisper it to yourself to promise that you won't be thinking, when SWIM said that SWIM noticed shapes moving, colors changing etc. 4.)it is possible to talk with god.because once tripping you can actually get a live reply from god believe it or not god is gonna try to communicate in any way possible 5.)buy a trippy/spiritual poster and stare at it
There's a lot I could say but really this comes down to your doses were weak. definitely not 300ug. maybe 30ug. "April 19, 1943, Hofmann performed a self-experiment to determine the true effects of LSD, intentionally ingesting 0.25 milligrams (250 micrograms) of the substance, an amount he predicted to be a threshold dose (an actual threshold dose is 20 micrograms).[7] Less than an hour later, Hofmann experienced sudden and intense changes in perception. He asked his laboratory assistant to escort him home and, as use of motor vehicles was prohibited because of wartime restrictions, they had to make the journey on a bicycle. On the way, Hofmann’s condition rapidly deteriorated as he struggled with feelings of anxiety, alternating in his beliefs that the next-door neighbor was a malevolent witch, that he was going insane, and that the LSD had poisoned him. When the house doctor arrived, however, he could detect no physical abnormalities, save for a pair of incredibly dilated pupils. Hofmann was reassured, and soon his terror began to give way to a sense of good fortune and enjoyment, as he later wrote... "... little by little I could begin to enjoy the unprecedented colors and plays of shapes that persisted behind my closed eyes. Kaleidoscopic, fantastic images surged in on me, alternating, variegated, opening and then closing themselves in circles and spirals, exploding in colored fountains, rearranging and hybridizing themselves in constant flux ..."" So that's what 250ug of LSD does to someone. You don't need to "tease" illusions out, and being chilly isn't going to make them go away or be pushed out of your mind. Also visual hallucinations are the last kind of perceptual distortion which arrives with psychedelic experiences; first come many other forms of changes, such as somatic (body sensations), affective (emotional changes), and thought process changes. Those changes you perceive through your eyes, while being the most publically lauded and sought after, are really just the cherry on top of the monumental wedding cake of a psychedelic experience.
I have to admit when I trip the visuals can be much more subtle than one would think, certainly not quite what I imagined before trying it, and sometimes can be more enhanced by trippy music and such. The most visual things i really experience are colors get much more vivid, certain patterns or even like the design on like a wooden door can sort of seem to be moving and lights have vibrantly colored rings around them....and confusing sizes of things. But don't see stuff that's like not there already in some sense, everything just looks different and feels different and sounds different(better if you're watching a movie/listening to music provided its not music or a movie that annoys you). In my experience it seems mushrooms have more visual effects or at least they are more intense but that could just be how they effect me, I find them more intense than lsd actually. I know the first time I tripped on mushrooms I didn't really notice any visual effects, and was trying way to hard to sort of force it and in doing it so trying to notice the wrong things and not appreciating the actual changes that did take place....I find the best way to go about it is take the acid, don't worry about it and do something you like and then realize you're tripping after a while. But yeah I don't really understand the concept of having to learn to hallucinate on psychedelics....but perhaps your perspective of hallucinating is not quite what lsd causes you to experience or maybe give a higher dosage a go.
if you need to learn to "hallucinate" then you simply didn't take enough. 300ugs of LSD will provide the full blown experience, without leaving any doubts.
