my sister tans in tanning beds all the time. i used to grab a bunch of skin cancer brochures from the dr's office, when i went, and then leave them on her desk at work to piss her off (we worked in the same office). it was funny.

Ooo, I know. It's made outta supposed "dark matter", that's why it's so bad for ya. Bout the exercies question, I have to walk to school to use a computer, so that's some exercize. And, the school has a weight room, so I go there and work out, too.
well, i walked to the bank earlier, and around the nieghborhood, but it sorta reinforced my believe that it may not be safe.twice during the short walk, young guys in pickup trucks (why do they always have to be in pickup trucks) slowed way down to yell stuff at me, or gun their motor at me. not funny, or appropriate, in my opinion, but maybe i'm just a dork.
Who needs a gym? Go swimming, run in the morning or at night. Ride a bike with plenty of waterbottles or a camelback. Stop making exscuses, if you really want to do it you will.
Take the dog for a walk or borrow a neighbor's dog for the day. Play frisbee with the dog or kids at the park. go swimming, learn to rollerskate, find a dance partner (maybe a new dance class) and have fun for 30 minutes or more, play tennis or volleyball, go hiking and enjoy the fresh air, jog, clean out the kitchen. Who says the only way to get fit is by going to a gym?
i need to gain more weight i have no food in my house i drink water and walk everywhere i go and eat wheatbread and peanutbutter eveyday. Do you work at all? go swimming if its hot out
