My nephew has ADHD..And I know he would have torn that room apart had that been done to him..Listen to the officers voice! Listen to that boys cry!
I think it's a disgrace to do that to a child, but I would like to know more! Or have a better understanding of what's going on!

ADHD is just a scam to push an agenda that young boys who engage in rough and tumble play, and learn the best through hands-on activities. That they need to be put on expensive medication so they can behave more like girls who outperform boys as learn better through listening and sitting still. Putting children on behavior control drugs should be a felony.

That said, I don't believe that boy has ADHD. Not even based on the short videos that were posted. The cop was an asshole and I'm not aware of any laws saying that being a normal rowdy young boy was ever against the law.

Law enforcement need to have more training dealing with all current issues, including mental health. There are time that it could make a difference in the outcome of the incident.

    pdf download of lawsuit

    https://www.aclu.org/sites/default/files/field_document/4532_001.pdf

The lawsuit states that the 3rd grade boy was diagnosed with ADHD and PTSD before the cuffing incident.

A girl nine years old and 56 lbs at the same school was cuffed twice at the school. She had also been diagnosed with ADHD. In the second incident she was cuffed above the elbows and was kneeling on the floor for 30 minutes. The lawsuit states that Officer Sumner was holding her hands above her head while she was cuffed behind the back above the elbows.
