medieval european swordsmanship with sword and buckler. used to be massively into longsword, but learning both, now sword and buckler is edging out longsword as the one that i obsess over. it's fun as hell https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxo78ugHfxM"]HEMA sword and buckler fencing - YouTube also, fantasy novels, i just finished one and need another, i'm poring over lists and lists of them but can't make my mind up.
i should also add science fiction novels to that. i'm a huge (recent) fan of Robert Heinlein. then i read a bunch of Issac Asimov (the foundation series and others) then some of the DUNE books (the first 3, i'll continue at some point) but now i got into Peter Hamilton (Pandora's Star and the sequel Judas Unchained) i play there a little bit, mostly just the free rolls, which they just changed so it's harder to get paid. there were two great sites with free rolls, that got rid of the free rolls and therefore people stopped going. but there's still one left. check it out. wheresyouredge.com pays pretty decent for free rolls, and of course you can use those earnings to play "real" games. i got up to about 0.45 btc just from free poker and a tiny bit from those sites like bitvisitor. but i lost 0.2 btc being stupid and falling for a scam. cointripler said they will triple your bitcoins. i sent 0.01, 20 days later they sent 0.03 just like they said. i sent 0.2 and they laughed all the way to the bank. so i'm about ~0.25 btc, as i just now realize i can't go to coinbase, where my wallet is. wtf?! where's your wallet at?
Those things are always a scam. Never believe anyone who tells you he can double or triple your money for you.... I keep different wallets. Got an Electrum wallet, a QT wallet and I keep some BTC on different exchanges and in stocks/shares and in an offline wallet.
Uhh... been reading a good bit lately. And hanging out in lots of mommy n toddler groups. Other than that... been cooking lots of stuff with pumpkins...the long neck pumpkins that the amish use. It makes amazing pies, custards, etc. -- even smoothies. Got 4 new long necks tonight so...guess that's an obsession. Haha. And ...well, I guess it isn't new exactly but Justin Timberlake and watching him die in TKO (that part is new).... lol.
When I worked at a high end restaurant, the pastry chef always used the long neck pumpkins. You are on to something.
My grandmother on my mom's side and then my mom after she (my gramma) passed always used the long necks, though they were the only people I ever knew who did... I still didn't think it was that rare or anything. I never made anything with pumpkin (other than canned...blah.) before this year. In any case, my mom has been getting the long necks for free from her friends farm and giving them to me so I looked up online what to do with them and was surprised to find out that they seem to be a PA Amish thing... people who do use them do say they make the best pies and stuff and everyone who uses them swears by them. You get A LOT of pumpkin per long neck too. Enough for 5-8 pies at least. With the next one I cut up and cook this weekend I'm gonna make another pie, pumpkin whoopee pies AND pumpkin curry I do believe.
Looking at young woman with less clothing on especially at this time of the year when its getting warmer & some definitely know how to get attention with their low cut tops showing all they dare to. And its a bonus when they have thinner clothing on & you can easily see sometimes what they are wearing underneath. I cant wait till Summer arrives .
lol, so true Anyway, most of you have some awesome obsessions and I share a surprising amount of them. To further my obsession with skiing, I just bought some skis and now I just need it to snow!
