I agree with this article completely. Going barefoot thickens the callous on your soles and yet it doesn’t dull the feeling under your feet . I can attest to that since my own soles have become extremely tough over the years and I can still sense different objects .
So many of these articles getting lots of views but the myths about needing shoes are as strong as ever.
