Nobody is belittling you, it's just that you come on here with that "Not my fault, I did nothing wrong" attitude. Now you call it "one little mistake" when apparently it was a big enough ordeal that you posted about it online. And now you call getting high, drunk and almost raped "one little mistake". It just shows how casual you are about these types of situations and it's sad.
Hehe, oh yeah I see your point... Damn must be hot topic for it to be posted on an online forum And dude, getting high and drunk wasn't a mistake, going talking to some guy wasn't a mistake, going in the woods with him on the other hand was a mistake that worked out to be a big mistake...
i have read through most of the posts and i think this is the most accurate one. regardless if she made a mistake however it wasn't her fault she wasnt at fault the guy was, it was his descions(sp?) that directly put her in danger... any way shadow i am very pleased to hear that you made it ok, it was all probably for the best, now you know better and you didnt have to suffer (as much as you may have thank god).
Believe me, I already know there isn't any getting through the thick skulls of teens of today. They pretty much make up whatever BS they can to justify dangerous lifestyles and place the blame elsewhere. I remember the days when you tried to make your parents life a living hell to get a point across without hurting ourselves. Now it's all about how many drugs and how much alcohol you can consume to get your parents attention. You can't break through to a non-existant brain either. When half your brain is gone from too many chemicals, maybe the desire to do more drugs will go with those cells!
I gotta agree with you there, and I'm almost a decode older than "grandpa." If anything we were worse in my day than the younger generation these days (I know I was).
...tho i will add that i agree about the degradation of our society in the sense that so many of us don't take responsibility for our actions these days...
