    which reminds me.. out of curiousity, phil, how often do you speak english? (i know canada has both.. i'm just wondering how often quebecois use english)

    yea. Bienvenue can be the same as Bonjour or "welcome" in english. and its also "youre welcome". you can say "je vous en prit" but thats really funny lol. id laugh if some quebecer dude talked like that.

    and MA. i speak english ummm. quite rarely,
    heres a list

    parents = french
    sisters = french (sometimes english)
    friends (almost all) = french
    a few friends = english
    at job = french/english
    with myself = french/english... i think in english as often as i think in french. its quite weird.

    cant you say "de rien"? thats what i was taught..



    i want to think in french as often as i think in english... maybe i should move up there :D
