lol yea. except we never say that in quebec lol. we always say more like "shit , on va hotbox man, esti" ( i dont like swearing though so i go more politely): "allez, allons hotbox"
i have an idea every post you make, you should type it en francais under it so i can like..not forget stuff
haha thats awesome ... ok ill start right now "haha c'est merveilleux, ok je commence maintenant" Phil - Your frendly French tutor
AWESOME!! except this going to be canadian french.. not french french.. i might get confused. which reminds me.. out of curiousity, phil, how often do you speak english? (i know canada has both.. i'm just wondering how often quebecois use english)
bienvenue is you're welcome? i thought that was just like welcomt (to wherever) and the je t'en pris or je vous en pris was you're welcome haha i can't spell..
yea. Bienvenue can be the same as Bonjour or "welcome" in english. and its also "youre welcome". you can say "je vous en prit" but thats really funny lol. id laugh if some quebecer dude talked like that. and MA. i speak english ummm. quite rarely, heres a list parents = french sisters = french (sometimes english) friends (almost all) = french a few friends = english at job = french/english with myself = french/english... i think in english as often as i think in french. its quite weird.
cant you say "de rien"? thats what i was taught.. i want to think in french as often as i think in english... maybe i should move up there
oh yea forgot to mention "de rien", that ones pretty frequent! haha yea...! come to Quebec *haha oui!, vient au Quebec"
