'Feels like magic!': Groq's ultrafast LPU could well be the first LLM-native processor — and its latest demo may well convince Nvidia and AMD to get out their checkbooks (msn.com) This is merely the first clear indication of just how over-inflated AI has become, and how much of a rip off it has become. Microsoft, Google, and everyone is currently using AI to steal everyone's data, because its faster and cheaper than using people, while their own companies give them the advantage over the competition. In other words, Wall Street is being run by the high tech companies, all stealing everything they can, with the Tea Party led Pentagon attempting to regulate them. They are merely gambling that if they stay ahead of the hardware, they can keep it up forever, and make a fortune, but information is more fundamental than energy, and the theory of everything will ruin the best laid plans of mice and men, because its impossible to fake professional wrestling. The AI are proving that you can't fix stupid, but the judges don't want to hear it.
