i just want to point out that sweaters are uncomfortable and should never be worn under any circumstances. except maybe once a year if you have a bad enough one to wear to a christmas party.
Her merch is kinda pricey, though so is everyone's imo. The t-shirt is normal as is the CD but the cassette at $18 is weird I guess. Lana Del Rey Official Store
I think I have special affection for Lana, despite how manufactures she seems, because she speaks to my inner teenage sad girl--her image is dreamy, surreal, and tinged with sadness. Yeah, I think that's it. Favorite songs: "I'll wrap you up in my daisy chains" I like that line.
I love sweaters. I find t-shirt uncomfortable. They're too breezy. I like to be snug. I'm wearing a sweater-vest as I write this.
i assume it has to do with the rarity of cassettes these days. either because cassettes themselves are somewhat of a collector's item, or because there's not cause to manufacture many of them so that raises the price of each? i don't really know though. i love sweatshirts, but sweaters are like the rougher, stiffer cousin.
I'm the opposite. I'll wear t-shirts and sweatshirts, but sweaters are where it's at. I like it rough and stiff.
I have this wool jumper and since Americans don't use the word jumper I don't know whether what it is is a sweater or not. Anyway it's comfortable.
We use the word jumper but for a totally different thing here I think. Jumpers are like a jumpsuit but with a skirt instead of pants
Sweater: what you would call a jumper. Sweatshirt: Casual, sporty, comfortable and warm shirt, like this
Jumper, american stylee. Just because I love these but I always feel like a little kid when I wear them
I like clothes that make me feel like a kid, I know exactly what you mean : ) Thanks YFM I have sweatshirts, I'd call that a "hoodie" and one without a hood I'd call a sweatshirt. The wool "sweater" I have is great. Not uncomfortable. Nepalese. They make good ones. But sweatshirts are better I agree.
