I have pretty tight kegal muscles, every time i have sex it's a lil painful at first and I'm pretty tight but the guys don't seem to mind and I've never been one to shy away from a lil pain. ;)

I think there is a muscular condition that causes it in some women... my doctor has said it could cause problems with carrying a child to full term in some cases.

I can't have a guy who is to thick. I thought that by being sexually active that I might see a change but no. I get too sore. A guy who brags of being big is not a turn on to me.

    Wait.

First you said frequency has nothing to do with tightness... but in the next sentence you said women who have more frequent sex tend to be tighter. Which one do you think is true? They can't both be true.
My opinion: (solely based on being with a not-insignificant number of women over my years as a guy)

I believe that frequency has nothing to do with tightness. True, a woman may have much strong kegal muscles (and may be much more in touch with her body) if she has sex more often, but I don't think that makes her by default "tighter". A tight squeeze doesn't happen 100% of the time during sex. It's dynamic, right?

I'd say that women have a natural variation of tightness, just like men have a variation in thickness/length. Likewise, women have a variation in kegal strength just like men do. Some build it up, some don't, some are lucky, some less so.

I've been with women who are quite tight, and stay that way during sex. Not much variation, even during orgasm. (though of course you can still feel the squeezes) On the other end of the spectrum I've been with women who are a bit more loose. Across that spectrum, I've been with girls with stronger or less strong kegal muscles. Some have wow'd me, for sure!

Over the last few years, I've found that my kegal muscles, much like the rest of my muscles, need to be worked at to stay strong. But it's so worth it!

I probably could have worded that better. Women CAN get tighter with frequent sex. This isn't really a thread about tightness, and that will always be subjective. Also, there's different types of tightness. I was part of a FMF threesome last Friday, and M and myself were discussing a couple days later how different 2 vaginas can feel, but they can both still feel equally great. He said I'm more of a snug fit from his base to tip, and she was just tight at the opening of her vagina. He would consider us both tight, but in different ways.

On the subject of the thread, obviously I'm referring to tearing the opening.

I don't believe I have an unusually tight vagina, lots and lots of rough sex doesn't make ke sore, and I love really big dicks (though not exclusively) and I find it very off-putting if a guy tries to use the size of his penis to attract me. The only time I want to hear about some dude's cock is after I've had it, unless he needs to tell me he has a micro-penis or a macro-penis.

More topical to this thread, I'd say tearing at the opening can happen to anyone. Sometimes there's lots of wetness inside, but right on the entry is deceptively dry, and a small tear can happen to me. I find one last lick befire penetration usually prevents that scene. One tiny drop of lube can do it too.

I was lurking through the old threads in this forum when I came across this post and had to join. Hopefully you're still reading this.

This is a somewhat common problem with all my previous partners and my wife and I finally have a solution to prevent this from happening. Basically, it's the same thing as a perineal massage. Before penetration, have him slide one finger inside you and massage the opening wider until he can fit two fingers easily. Once he's got 2 fingers in you, massage until he can get 3. Then 4. After the fourth finger, have him twist his palm clockwise, counterclockwise until it's nice and relaxed. You may need bottled lube to get this started, by the way

Tearing shouldn't be a problem if you start that way every time.

    Old thread.
But....I have had tears..pain after sex. Bleeding from it sometimes.
You've heard of a man making it hard to walk after sex, well I have really experienced that and it's not fun.
I had to use a very warm wash cloth for relief.

I've been saving myself for a long time now, for the right man ...I'm not worried about the pain afterward as of now, because I want sex so bad, but I know it's coming.

I have found that making sure I'm thoroughly wet and he is too before going in, helps a lot.

To the poster above me: ....two fingers tops...but you went way overboard.

This is actually fantastic advice. Last sex session was with a very girthy man, and it was no problem at all since his wife fingered me first.
She started with one and only went to three fingers though.

I don't know what the average tightness is for female. =p
But I've never injured myself down there. But I use different lubes for different instruments. =]
