Ladies - If you have already started, or are thinking about it - what are the attractions of you having a "friend with benefits" / boyfriend? This is assuming your husbands or long-term boyfriends agree and support you in it. What are your driving forces? Is it for more variety? Is it to break a stale, routine sort of love life? To add more spice? Is it because you have a high sex drive and your hubby / LTBF can't satisfy you enough? Do you need to feel pretty, sexy, desirable again? I think for me it's the desire to simply be wanted for sex by my FWB and no other reason. I wouldn't be his wife, his ex-girlfriend, the mother to his children, etc. It would just be two people, no history or baggage together, meeting for pure, unadulterated sex. He fancies me, is turned on by me and wants me only for sex. Call it a bit of an escape for me if you like.
