I'm happy with just one, but I'm very multi-orgasmic so I usually have more. Depends on the situation but I've had up to around 20 or more at times. Usually, it's around 4 to 5.

 

Do think most women are multi-orgasmic but maybe they just don't recognize it as that?

 

That really is a good question and I'm curious as to what others think as well.

Personally, I think it has to do mostly with being able to completely relax and let go. Plus I always bring this up, but hormones play a huge factor in sex drive and performance as well. With that being said, past negative experiences could play a part in the relaxing enough to let go and orgasm away.

Relaxing, desire, understanding, knowledge, past negative experiences (and getting help for those)... I think also your physical health and maybe you mental health too.. attitudes, and beliefs as well.

It's interesting that you mention hormones... I wonder how they do affect it. I am post-menopausal now, but I have a much higher sex drive now than I ever did when I was younger. But I think part of that is for those other things too.
