Ladies: Do You Wear Your Hair Up Or Down When Sleeping?

I still sleep with my hair out.

 

Hm, I didn’t know the answer to this question, but I realized that I am in bed right now, and my hair is down.

So I guess I don’t do anything.

 

I put it in a braid then warp around like a bun. like that in the am Ijust have to take it down and its wavy .

 

Hair up, hair down, man, hair sideways.

 

I had it up most of today, and wearing it down now for bed. I'm starting to take note of this, since reading this thread.

I heard a lot of stories about strange shit going on in Dubai, but haven't heard about this lol

 

I usually wear mine up. I think it most depends on whether I had it up during the day before a sleep cycle. Sometimes the pony tail digs into my pillow. 'not very often though.

 

Seems like a hair tie or hair bunched up at night would be uncomfortable. I just let mine loose. Although, it's getting long enough it get's caught under partner or cat....

 

Usually I do a quick ponytail. I used to do buns but sometimes it would wake me up it was so annoying.
