From a first person point of view, far better to survive than perish

You shoot a person in the back and kill him . And then claim self defense ? His crying and then the defense lawyers calling for mistrial was a nice touch of acting . I wonder who couched him to do that ?

If a purple person had done that they'd be in jail for life.
If a young man of any race had done what KR did ,they would be acquitted too.
    It's two completely different stories.
You'd see that if you were looking with an open mind.

I have and the person who purchased the firearm is facing that misdemeanor charge.
I was addressing the state line falsehood.

There is video of the shooting. If the man was actually shot in the back vs. one bullet entering his back, we'd know it.

And in your world George Floyd is a hero and not a violent felon who killed himself with a drug overdose, correct?

The firearm was purchased in Wisconsin at the Ladysmith Ace Home Center by Dominick Black for Rittenhouse using money supplied by Rittenhouse becasue it would have been illegal for him to buy it himself. Black faces 6 years in prison for this action.
The weapon was allegedly stored at the home of Dominick Black's stepfather’s under lock and key in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Rittenhouse will probably argue that it wasn't his gun although he paid for it.
In Wisconsin it is illegal for anyone under 18 to own a gun and illegal for a minor to open carry a gun.
In Illinois a minor must have a signed parental approval to have a gun, a “FOID” card, Rittenhouse did not.

Dominick Black's stepfather removed two guns from the locker, Black's and Rittenhouse's allowing them access to the guns.

I wonder if the friends and relatives of the dead and injured cried over this thing?
Maybe a video of them crying should have been shown at the trial?

    100% correct.
All of those violations are misdemeanors.

Yes, misdemeanors, but the thing is, did they lead to more serious crimes?

Of course I'm no lawyer...but I think Rittenhouse could be guilty of First Degree Intentional Homicide.
I assume he will get off with a Justifiable Murder, do to the limitations imposed by the judge.
But, at the least I think he should be convicted of Murder By Reckless Acts,

As a side note the judge, Bruce E. Schroeder, recited a Bible passage in court:
Ha also raged at the media and Jeffery Toobin, chief legal analyst of CNN, in court after Toobin aired a segment in which he disagreed with one of the judge's rulings.

That would require a showing of premeditation and deliberation. No evidence to support that.

I don't know the Wisconsin law, but in some jurisdictions you'd be talking about second degree murder, which would involve a depraved mind and reckless disregard for human life. Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow, maybe but a jury would have to infer it from the evidence, including Kyle's testimony. Unlikely. In a lot of jurisdictions voluntary manslaughter would also include and intentional killing "in the heat of passion". Involuntary manslaughter, involving criminal (gross) negligence would be another possibility: That would be more feasible. But as you say, that would be obviated by a finding of self-defense.

Oh, I was also watching PBS news last night and some women was reporting on the trial and she said the judge's role is to protect the defendant!
My wife and I just looked at each other as we had always thought a judge was to be an impartial arbitrator of the law, and not take either side.
