So you are the definitive fact source here? OK. Don't suppose I need to read any more about the case. I'll just wait until you inform me of the facts. Thank you.

The gun was purchased by Dominick Black for Rittenhouse as Rittenhouse was too young to buy it himself, or possess it.

    He crossed state lines.
    Yes, yes he did.
He fled a crime scene (loaded with cops by the way).
    Yes, yes he did.
He was only there to murder protestors.
I don't know where that came from, but he did enter an area he had no business to be in by crossing state lines with an illegal weapon that was loaded with live rounds. You don't load an assault weapon with live rounds unless you intend on shooting something. Do you have a picture of him target practicing in the middle of a demonstration or riot? If not I assume he was thinking the rounds might be handy agaisnt humans, as he also was game hunting.
    He killed innocent protestors.
There are no charges pending agaisnt the people he shot in relation the time, place, or event.
Joseph D. Rosenbaum had a criminal record, was bipolar, homeless and just released form the hospital that day. He wasn't a protestor or rioter.
Gaige Grosskreutz apprached Rittenhouse with his hands in the air. He was shot by Rittenhouse. ...he is reportedly a member of a Milwaukee-based social justice group called the People’s Revolution Movement, and was patrolling Kenosha streets as a volunteer medic. He was once charged with misdemeanor firearm offense.
Huber at the age of 18
Anthony Huber was a protestor. He had no criminal record, seeing the first shooting he rushed to disarm Rittenhouse, as any brave citizen would do. He treated his wound with a tourniquet he had with him as part of his medical kit.

But all this is irrelevant and is just another example of shifting the blame. They had it coming, just like the girl who wears a short dress and gets raped.

    He instigated the violence.

Irrelevant again. It makes no difference who instigated the violence, the question is was Rittenhouse within the law when he shot three people with an illegal weapon?

In the meanwhile you just lost one of your allies on the jury...........

Rittenhouse trial juror dismissed for telling joke about Jacob Blake shooting

juror in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse was dismissed early Thursday for making a joke about the shooting of a Black man in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

The juror, identified only as Juror No. 7, was being escorted to his car when he made comments to a court security officer about the number of times a white Kenosha police officer shot Jacob Blake on Aug. 23, 2020. Blake was left partially paralyzed by the shooting.

Before dismissing the juror, Schroeder said it was “clear that the appearance of bias is present and it would seriously undermine the outcome of the case.”
Prosecutor Thomas Binger said that the comment demonstrated racial bias and the state asked that the juror be excused.

Kenosha County Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder called the juror to the courtroom at the start of Thursday’s proceedings to discuss the comment.

Hello hotwater, I'm Mike. I have an opinion on this case based on what I've read and learned on my own. I'm willing to see what the jury decides is really the case and will be able to live with the outcome with zero issues. Referring to a juror as my allie kind of shows a me against you, us against them, attitude that should consider putting in check.
The guy absolutely should have been dismissed.

The issues raised in the Rittenhouse trial are beginning to parallel those in another on-going murder trial involving the shooting of an African-American jogger, Ahmaud Arbery. In a case reminiscent of the Trevon Martin case, The defendants saw the deceased (I guess we can call him "victim" since the judge hasn't ruled that out yet) come out of unoccupied property, assumed there was a felony going on, chased him down in their pickups, pointed a shotgun at him, and when he resisted, blew a hole in him and claimed self-defense in the course of making a citizens' arrest. Folks, if we allow this sort of defense to prevail and become precedent, we're opening the door to unbridled vigilantism.

Your " news " sources leave a lot to be desired in non biased reporting. Considering that they feel that a violent uprising is needed to "save" the country. And of course with that mindset no wonder why they support Rittenhouse who committed murder by shooting a person in the back.
