    Oh, this way...….

According to prosecutors' before entering the bar, Kyle Rittenhouse posed outside with two men as they all put their thumbs and forefingers together
in what looks like an upside-down OK sign, which has become a symbol used by white supremacists.

And was seen again making the same gesture while posing for photos inside the bar.

It can still be argued that they're doing it for the meme. Unless he said racist or even borderline racist ideology, I find the OK symbol weak evidence.

Hopefully that punk-bitch is headed back to jail.

Kenosha County DA seeks arrest of Kyle Rittenhouse, higher bond

KENOSHA, Wis. - Prosecutors asked a judge Wednesday, Feb. 3 for a new arrest warrant for Kyle Rittenhouse -- the Illinois teen charged with shooting three people, killing two of them, during an anti-police protest
in Wisconsin after he apparently violated his bond conditions.

The Kenosha County District Attorney's Office said it doesn't know where Rittenhouse is -- and that's a bond violation. The 18-year-old's legal team filed a response, saying he and his family are at a
    "Safe House" due to threats.

Hopefully it's just the prosecutor screaming "Hey, look at me and my political career. ". Sad he and his family need to hide because of threats.

Interesting how readily you extend the benefit of the doubt to racist murderers, yet erect a Great Wall Of Skepticism against anything that might contradict their narrative.

WOW! I don't believe it, not in this day and age,

Correctional officers sue county that jailed Derek Chauvin, alleging only white workers were allowed to guard him

MINNEAPOLIS —Eight minority correctional officers at a Minnesota county jail have filed a racial discrimination lawsuit alleging only White employees were allowed to guard or interact with Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer charged in George Floyd's murder, while he was held at the facility last summer.

The lawsuit, filed in Minnesota district court on Tuesday, alleges a top official at the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center in St. Paul ordered employees of color to segregate on a separate floor away from Chauvin when he turned himself in on murder charges last May.

They also claim the former officer received special treatment at the facility.

Kyle's attorney has said the prosecution was aware of the change in address and the only reason a pobox was used in the filing instead of a street address was because the prosecution refused to keep the address secret, calling it public information. The po box is what they're saying doesn't fit the bond requirements.

    ^^^
Makes sense to me that any defendant using bs, smoke and mirrors to make the case against them seem weak wouldn't want to appear before a judge who sees through the bs, smoke and mirrors.
    Clearly Kyle's defense isn't concerned.

People who bring guns to rallies, parades, gatherings, peaceful or otherwise , left wing, right wing or center, need to be thrown in jail. And if those weapons are fired --JAIL LONG TERM. And if firing those weapons results in the death of others---JAIL FOR LIFE. This country does not need gun nuts, political nuts or any kind of nutcases bringing weapons to the aforementioned gatherings. We already did that shit in the 1860s.

We have a legitimate right to protest / demonstrate that is constitutionally guaranteed. But not to allow dumb motherfuckers who would resort to violence to start shooting people in the streets.
