Kind of gross but not that bad

Both my boyfriend and I have a habit of not changing clothes often or showering for at max a little over a week. This only happens when I'm on break or holiday, and he's unemployed right now. Doesn't bother me that much as I don't really sweat or do anything, and I don't leave the house during this time anyway.

 

Over a week? Wow. As long as it doesn't curl the nose hairs on the other.

Sorry but it's a couple of ticks past kinda on the gross meter.

 

I wouldn't go past third day. My parents wanted us to shower or bath abouts every night. We changed clothes every day and I still do.

 

Also I would think not showering over a week and so not going out would mean you have a business at home or neither goes to work.
To do this would mean I would be trapped inside between each shower, couldn't have that happening, I would go cabin crazy and lose my sense of smell at the same time I would think.

 

that's gross as hell, plus it's kind of fucked up to not leave the house for over a week. clearly he plans on remaining unemployed?

 

How do you have sex? Ok without a shower or wait the week?

well she claims to be 16 and on spring break, so i assume she's just a high schooler with no parents dating an old lazy guy.

 

Ok, didn't see that one coming. But ya not good. I couldn't be with anyone who didn't do the water thing at least every second day, depending on how he sweats. I couldn't touch his,,, certain things with someone else's hands let alone my own.

 

I'm on spring break, don't have to go anywhere or do anything, taking care of my semi invalid mother, and my 18 year old boyfriend took a break from job searching. I shower and change clothes every day when school is in session, and going out in public. Just holidays and breaks I'm lazy.

 

pttf,, I was in the army and followed the grateful dead.. following the dead was worse. however I could wear my stink with pride in those days. still might let myself go a couple days... I wear the same work clothes all week, but they are washed in the middle but sometimes not. no point in ruining my clothing for someones else.

 

Ok, you said "In the habit of" and that's not a good habit. I can't even see me doing a week or over three days without on a holiday, never know when you gotta call an ambulance for a medical issue, would sure hate to hear them saying, "Not on my bus! Let someone else pick this one up on a garbage truck" haha.
And seriously I couldn't do sex with a man who is not clean as a whistle or at least nearly. Scents are a big part of sex IMO anyway. If he is stanky he ain't gettin any.

 

Eh, it's just what I do. Everybody has different habits. And I'm a bit too young to be worrying about sex, don't you think? Pretty sure doctors and nurses would be more concerned about my injury or illness rather than how I smell, too.

 

Yes you might be right, they have a way of dealing with it, they put Vicks under their nose.

And about the sex, yes you are right there too. I see lots of sex bits here so I stupidly assume everyone here has something going on with sex, apologies for that, my bad.

 

Haha I barely even sweat too, I don't do much besides make my mother food and sleep. And it's fine, it's kinda to be expected on a site such as this.

 

I can't stand the way my skin feels after not showering for like 8hrs.
I just couldn't imagine doing a week with a partner. On my own, maybe... but not with someone I'm meant to be cuddling and kissing.

 

Are you changing your underwear daily at least, or still wearing the same panties daily?

 

If you're healthy, you might not stink. I've lived outdoors while camping & stuff where I'd go days without bathing or showering and the other people with me and no one smelled bad, like the way boys smell when they come back from sports practice.

There was a time when people thought it was bad to bathe too often. It'd be more like once or twice a week. Some people still feel that way.
