not big on beans, and i know rice can be overdone, and avacados are expensive unless you live where you can grow them yourself and that climate is too warm for me,
but rice and avacado aren't that bad. really.

and avacado with lemon tuna in the hole where the pit used to be is paradisacle.

A winning combination, but I would need pico de gallo to complete.

Add some homemade fried chicken to that. mmm

I like the avocados grown in Puerto Rico better.

The one on the right is often marketed as "mexican avocado". They are smaller, but much better tasting than the regular big ones. Also, the Mexican variety is often more expensive, but worth it.

    Oh!

I've never seen them named but I have seen the big ones called California Avocados and they don't seem as good as the smaller you are calling Mexican Avocados.

What you need to add to the dinner is some Tostones. I love them with Arroz Con Gandules Y Salchichas!

Yum. I've had that a couple of times. :)

Also, same as above but with Salchichas Italianas picante.

I googled tostones. Looks very strange, but interesting tbh.
I do wonder what it tastes like. Sweet??
    I really cant imagine.
I'm not really a fan of anything fried though.

    The other thing....
Arroz con gandules and salsas looks more my taste :)

It's Tarus, or as known in Mesopotamian legend "The Bull Of Heaven" from The Epic of Gilgamesh, the oldest epic in history.

The Tostones are made with green plaintains. They are not sweet when they are green. They taste similar to a potato.

The Arroz con Gandules are made with Pigeon Peas, not Kidney Beans.

    Go Taurus!

If my plantains are ripe, I like to cook them in some butter and top them with cinnamon.
